How do Peak and Off-Peak hours impact pricing?

  • When a Club is working with the PodPlay Customer Success Manager (CSM), they will detail the Peak and Off-peak hours. The PodPlay CSM will also ask for the cost of Peak and Off-peak hours for both Members and Non-members.

  • If you’re thinking, ‘what is the value of Peak and Off-peak hours?’ then you’re not alone!

    • Setting the Peak and Off-peak hours to be different prices will give the Club some control over pushing traffic towards the ‘less-desirable’ hours, when there are fewer Customers at the Club, or when foot traffic is slower.
