Is the Cancellation Policy different for Events?

  • Yes! The Cancellation Policy is unique to Reservations. When it comes to Events, each Event has a Cancellation Policy that the Admin can set and change.

  • The options for free cancellations for an Event are:

    • 12 hours before the Event

    • 24 hours before the Event

    • And between 2 days and 1 week before the Event

  • When an Admin wants to pick one of these options for Event cancellation policies, they will

    • Create an Event

    • Fill out Event information

    • Notice the Free Cancellation Horizon section

    • Choose one of the drop-down options

    • Finish filling in Event information and publish
