Basic Report Dictionary - Customer Activity & Events

The list below is the column headers and a description of what data they reveal inside the “Customer Activity & Events” basic report. This report is within the Analytics+ package.

  • series_id = this is the ID of the Series. If you open a Series in the Dashboard, the ID is inside the URL.

  • Event Id = this is the ID of the Event. If you open a Event in the Dashboard, the ID is inside the URL

  • event_name = this is the name of the Event, visible to the Customer on the App and to staff inside of the Dashboard.

  • Event Type = this is the type of Event, also shown inside the Purchase page Export, the Settlements CSV.

  • Location = this is the venue location and the booking expiernece (pickleball courts, pingpong tables, etc.)

  • Recurring / One Time = if the Recurring option is selected than the Event is part of a Series; if the One Time option is selected then the Event is a single Event or a Reservation

  • Date = date of when the Reservation or Event occured

  • Weekday = the specific day of the week

  • Event Time = the local time to the Club when the Event started

  • Event Duration = length in minutes for the Reservation or Event

  • Week = on which week out of the year was the Event or Reservation on (52 weeks in the year)

  • Month = on which month was the Event or Reservation

  • Event Status = if an Event, Admin is the canceling person; if a Reservation, the Customer who booked the Reservation is the canceling person

  • Canceled By User = True or False (if Null = False); if an Event, Admin is the canceling person; if a Reservation, the Customer who booked the Reservation is the canceling person

  • Canceled At Date = when was the Event or Reservation canceled; only appears if the Event or Reservation was canceled

  • Revenue = how much revenue was generated for the Reservation or Event

  • Cash = how much Cash was collected as payment

  • Paid to Coach = this is the amount paid to the Coach, if there’s a Coach inside the Reservation or Event

  • Event Attendees = quantity of Customers in the Attendee list of the Reservation or Event

  • Available Spots = how many available spots were in the Event when it was first created

    • There will be an update soon on this column from created_at to updated_at; this will change the Available Spots in this report IF an Admin changes the possible participant quantity in the Event settings

  • % Fill Rate = the number of available spots in the Event versus the total Customers who signed up for the Event

  • Is Locked = is the court/table locked down; always locked for an Event and locked for a Reservation if the Customer locks it down during booking

  • Resv Holder = name of the Customer who signed up, or the Reservation Owner if it is a private Reservation

  • Resv Holder Email = email of the Customer who booking the Reservation

  • Resv Holder Is Member = positive or negative toward the Reservation Owner paying for a Membership

  • Resv Holder Membership Name = the name of the Reservation Owner’s Membership

  • resv holder DUPR = DUPR ID for the Reservation Owner

  • resv_holder_current_DUPR_rating_singles = Reservation Owner’s singles DUPR ratings

  • resv_holder_current_DUPR_rating_doubles = rating for Reservation Owner’s doubles DUPR ratings

  • Invitee In Private Resv = another Customer who was invited to a Reservation; or a Guest inside an Event signup

  • is_checked_in = shows if the invitee has checked in to the Reservation or Event

  • invitee_canceled = did the invitee accept and then cancel their invite

  • invite_type = EVENT_SIGNUP if the Customer listed signed up for an Event; COACH if the Customer listed is a Coach in an Event; GUEST if the Customer listed

  • Invitee Is Member = positive or negative for the invitee holding a Membership

  • Invitee Membership Name = names the invitee’s Membership

  • Invitee Email = lists the invitee’s email address

  • invitee DUPR = lists the DUPR ID for the invitee

  • invitee_current_DUPR_rating_singles = numerical value for the invitee’s singles DUPR rating

  • invitee_current_DUPR_rating_doubles = numerical value for the invitee’s doubles DUPR rating
