How to review an Event once it has been deleted or canceled

  • When an Event has been deleted or canceled, the Event will disappear from the Overview Page of the Dashboard.

  • If, for any reason, an Admin would like to find that Event again, they will not be able to do so from the Overview Page, though they can find it through a Customer’s Account.

  • To do this, an Admin can:

    • Seach for a Customer’s Account who was attending the now canceled Event in the Customer Page of the Dashboard

    • Click into that Customer’s Account

    • Navigate to the Purchases tab of the side panel

    • Click on the canceled Event charge

    • Click on the blue calendar icon in the Order Details’ row labeled Event

  • And now the Admin is viewing the recently canceled Event
