Security Notes in a Reservation or Event
Security notes are messages and reminders that admins can save for future reference. They are located in the top bar of an existing reservation or event in the Admin Dashboard.
An Admin in the Club can leave notes to refer back in when there are unique situations.
For Club’s on the Autonomous Plan, this space is especially important.
The Security team monitoring the cameras will leave Reservation and Event recap notes in here.
For urgent or matters of higher priority, dedicated Slack channels are created:
Infraction Channel
This is the channel where the security team will update the Club about items which warrant a potential infraction fee.
The updates to this channel are available for the Club so that the Club knows when charging a Customer is necessary.
Security Channel
This is the channel where the security team will update the Club on all things Security. This is the day-to-day activity at the pod you will see, like:
Overstaying
Extra guests
Cleaning
Operations
Customer activity during a Reservation/Event
Etcetera
This channel is also for urgent matters where we need to get ahold of someone. Like when there is:

Break-in
