How to add participants to an Operation type Event

  • While an Admin has the ability to add participants to an Operation Event, these Events should be utilized for court blocking, not as Event placeholders.

    • How an Admin would add a participant to the Operation Event is the same way they would add participants to any Event:

      • Click into the Event

      • Click + Participants

      • Type in the Customer’s name

      • Add them to the Event

  • If an Admin is saving the court for a future Event, the Admin should use the Private Event type Event.

    • These Events are Unlisted, meaning they are not visible on the Customer side of the App.
