Mapping transactions from the Purchase page Export to the Analytics Page

Edited
  • On the Analytics page, you will find:

    • Total Customers: the sum total Customers who have signed up for Accounts

    • New Customers: the sum total Customers who have signed up during the defined dates

    • Active Customers: the sum total of Customers who booked a Reservation, attended an Event, or accepted an invite to an Event or Reservation during the defined dates

    • Total Members: the sum total Customers who have active Memberships

    • New Membership Subscriptions: the sum total Customers who have signed up for new Memberships during defined date

    • Date range parameters

    • Location parameters

  • The Analytics page utilizes the settlement dates, and only counts captured revenue; it does not include upcoming revenue.

  • The categories, or buckets listed above, group the order items by type (per item and not per order).

    • For example, the revenue from event signups goes into "Events" while the coaching sessions for the same event goes into "Coaching"

    • Camps and Classes include event signups from the "Class" type of Events, and any other purchases done or tied to those events are excluded from the "Events" category

    • User-created private booking goes into Reservations

    • Revenue from recurring memberships shows up as Memberships

    • Replays are replays

    • Anything that's out of any of these buckets in bold goes into "Others," like snack, merch, drink

  • As a general note, the categories in the Purchase page Export are far more detailed than the categories on the Analytics page of the Dashboard.
