Status Flags for Purchases

  • In the Dashboard, there are Status Flags next to Customer purchases. These Status Flags are markers that let the Admin know what is happening with a Customer purchase at a quick glance.

  • They are located on the Purchase page of the Dashboard

  • And within the Purchase tab of the Reservation or Event side panel

  • By clicking on the highlighted name to the left of a Status Flag, an Admin can look further into a purchase.

  • Here is a list of Status Tags an Admin will see:

  • Confirmed = the purchase has been captured or part of the purchase has been captured

  • Canceled = the Customer canceled their purchase, or an Admin canceled the purchase

  • Settling in X-time = the system will attempt to capture a payment after the countdown

  • Charge Failed = the system could not capture the purchase and an Admin needs to act

  • Refunded = an Admin can Refunded the Customer for some or all of the purchase

  • Draft = a purchase was initiated and never completed by the system

  • Pending = the system is trying to capture a payment from the customer

  • Expired = a hold that wasn’t captured within 7 days of authorization (happens when a Reservation or Event is canceled)

  • To learn more about these purchases attached to each tag, click on the tag itself and more Stripe information will appear in a new side panel.
