Customer charge error from Dashboard

When an Admin charges a Customer from the Dashboard, it is a new charge on the Customer’s credit card (cc)
There are various reasons why the charge may not work, such as:
Available funds on the cc
The bank
Security requirements
An Admin will see why the charge did not work when attempting to complete the charge, and the Admin will usually need to ask the Customer to
Update their cc
Contact their bank
Or authenticate and approve the charge on their mobile device (as very often happens with 3DS requirements
These restrictions are outside the bounds of the PodPlay system and require a Customer to perform an action in order for another attempted charge to be completed and captured
