Customer charge error from Dashboard

  • When an Admin charges a Customer from the Dashboard, it is a new charge on the Customer’s credit card (cc)

  • There are various reasons why the charge may not work, such as:

    • Available funds on the cc

    • The bank

    • Security requirements

  • An Admin will see why the charge did not work when attempting to complete the charge, and the Admin will usually need to ask the Customer to

    • Update their cc

    • Contact their bank

    • Or authenticate and approve the charge on their mobile device (as very often happens with 3DS requirements

  • These restrictions are outside the bounds of the PodPlay system and require a Customer to perform an action in order for another attempted charge to be completed and captured
