Admins using Alfie AI for support

For an Admin to use Alfie, they can:

• Click on the Question Mark in the bottom left corner of the Dashboard

• Notice the Ask Alfie option in the pop-up window

• Select the Ask Alfie option

• Type a question into the Alfie text box

• Wait for Alfie’s response as it gathers the proper information from the Knowledge Base

• Use the information Alfie provides to complete an action in the Dashboard

  • Or

• Ask Alfie a follow-up question for more information

To reduce the size of Alfie’s text box, click on the “X” in the top right of the Alfie window
