When Alfie doesn’t help

  • When an Admin asks Alfie a question and the response doesn’t make sense or isn’t helpful, please contact your PodPlay Customer Success Manager (CSM).

  • When you contact your PodPlay CSM, provide them with the question you asked Alfie and the response it provided. The CSM will then either:

    • Investigate any issues with Alfie’s responses

    • Update a Knowledge Base article so Alfie is better able to support Admins, or

    • Support the Admin with an understanding of Alfie’s response
