When an Admin asks Alfie a question and the response doesn’t make sense or isn’t helpful, please contact your PodPlay Customer Success Manager (CSM).
When you contact your PodPlay CSM, provide them with the question you asked Alfie and the response it provided. The CSM will then either:
Investigate any issues with Alfie’s responses
Update a Knowledge Base article so Alfie is better able to support Admins, or
Support the Admin with an understanding of Alfie’s response
