How to deactivate a Customer Account

A few reasons why an Admin might want to deactivate a Customer Account are:
Customer is seen as a bad actor
Customer behaves in problematic ways
Customer is continually exhibiting fraudulent behavior even after a Club staff member speaks with them
When these things happen, an Admin can go to the Customer’s Account and deactivate their account
For an Admin to do this, they would
Navigate to the Customer’s Account
Look for the Account Status section, near the top of the Overview tab of the side panel
Flick the Status toggle
Confirm the pop-up window asking if you would like to deactivate the account
Notice how the Customer’s Account is not Blocked
Once the Status toggle is turned off, the Customer will be unable to sign into the app with this email
