How to Add or Release a Court on Events

  • Admins have the ability to both:

    • Add courts to an Event

    • Delete courts from an Event

  • An Admin may want to Add courts to an Event if:

    • There is a lot of interest in one particular Event and the Club wants to increase the potential Customers who attend

  • An Admin may want to Delete courts from an Event if:

    • There is less interest in an Event than anticipated and the Club wants to open a court up for other bookings

  • For an Admin to add or delete courts from an Event, the Admin would:

    • Click on the Event

    • Navigate to the Settings tab

    • Scroll to the bottom section labeled TABLES ASSIGNMENT

      • If adding courts to the Event

        • Click on the “+ Table” button

        • Select the court name

        • Notice the court is added to the Event

      • If deleting courts from the Event

        • Click on the three vertical dots next to the court name

        • Select the option Release table

        • Notice the court is deleted from the Event
