How to Add or Release a Court on Events
Admins have the ability to both:
Add courts to an Event
Delete courts from an Event
An Admin may want to Add courts to an Event if:
There is a lot of interest in one particular Event and the Club wants to increase the potential Customers who attend
An Admin may want to Delete courts from an Event if:
There is less interest in an Event than anticipated and the Club wants to open a court up for other bookings
For an Admin to add or delete courts from an Event, the Admin would:
Click on the Event
Navigate to the Settings tab
Scroll to the bottom section labeled TABLES ASSIGNMENT
If adding courts to the Event
Click on the “+ Table” button
Select the court name
Notice the court is added to the Event
If deleting courts from the Event
Click on the three vertical dots next to the court name
Select the option Release table
Notice the court is deleted from the Event

Please note: when clicking on the three vertical dots next to the court name, the Admin also have the ability to:
Unlock table = this means the court is not locked any more, allowing the PodPlay court assignment algorithm to move the Event on this court to another court, should the algorithm deem it valuable to do so
Move courts = this means the court is moved from one court to another court
This is the same feature as the Drag-and-Drop
