Paying for the Court Rate and the Coach Rate

The default settings in the PodPlay system is that when a Customer books a private lesson with a Coach, the customer pays for the Coach and for the court/table.

• Referencing the picture below, the court/table rate is highlighted at the top, and the Coach rate is highlighted below that. The subtotal of everything together is also highlighted.

If your Club wants to keep this as is, where the Customer pays for the court/table + the Coach, then the system is set.

If your Club wants to remove the court/table rate and when a Customer books a private lesson with a Coach, they only pay the Coach rate, the system can be updated to remove the court/table rate.
