How to invite Customers to a Private Event

Edited
  • As a reminder, a Private Event is generally used for birthday parties, corporate events, and events that are across multiple courts. Meaning, these Events are usually not visible to the public or for general Customer signup.

  • To invite a Customer to a Private Event:

    • Click into the Private Event

    • Click on the three vertical dots on the bottom left corner of the side panel

    • Click Generate signup link

    • Copy the link in the pop-up window

    • Send this link to the Customer hosting the Private Event

  • Once the link is accepted, the Customer will populate into the Attendee list in the Event

    • The Admin can ask the Host of this Private Event to send out the invitation link to anyone else that plans to visit the Club. In this way, all other Attendees for the Private Event will create a Customer profile and accept the necessary legal documents.

  • If your space is autonomous, the Host (the person running the Event) can cross-check which participants have accepted the invitation and which have not accepted the invitation yet.

  • If an Admin want the Private Event event to be public, an Admin can

    • Use the Feature Tag in the Event to make it visible on the Program/Community tab of the App

    • Or, change the Visibility of the Event from Unlisted to Listed
