How does a Customer book a Reservation with a Coach?
Customers can book a Reservation with a Coach directly through the App. To do so, the Customer will
Navigate to the Book tab of the App
Choose the desired location and type of court/table
Notice the various filters on the blue bar at the top
Choose to
Filter by a specific Coach’s availability, or
Filtering by a Coach’s availability will allow you to select
Different Coaching skill levels
All Coaching skill levels
Select a specific time and then select a Coach who is available during that time

Select the desired Coach
Continue through the booking flow and reserve your court/table and Coach
Once a Customer completes the Reservation booking, the Coach will receive an email request from the system, stating a Customer has request to receive a lesson
The Coach is responsible for accepting or declining the email invitation
If the Coach wants to accept the lesson invitation, they can click on the link in the system email and accept
If the Coach wants to decline the lesson invitation, they can click on the link in the system email and decline
NOTE: it’s important for the Coaches to accept or decline Customer invitations for lessons because when a Coach does not interact with the email, the Customer will still have the Reservation booked
