How does a Customer book a Reservation with a Coach?

  • Customers can book a Reservation with a Coach directly through the App. To do so, the Customer will

    • Navigate to the Book tab of the App

    • Choose the desired location and type of court/table

    • Notice the various filters on the blue bar at the top

  • Choose to

    • Filter by a specific Coach’s availability, or

      • Filtering by a Coach’s availability will allow you to select

        • Different Coaching skill levels

        • All Coaching skill levels

  • Select a specific time and then select a Coach who is available during that time

  • Notice

    • The Coach’s public bio

    • The Coach pricing

  • Select the desired Coach

  • Continue through the booking flow and reserve your court/table and Coach

  • Once a Customer completes the Reservation booking, the Coach will receive an email request from the system, stating a Customer has request to receive a lesson

  • The Coach is responsible for accepting or declining the email invitation

    • If the Coach wants to accept the lesson invitation, they can click on the link in the system email and accept

    • If the Coach wants to decline the lesson invitation, they can click on the link in the system email and decline

  • NOTE: it’s important for the Coaches to accept or decline Customer invitations for lessons because when a Coach does not interact with the email, the Customer will still have the Reservation booked
