What is the value of a Coach?

Customers who get coaching see themselves improve and tend to become more active customers. One PodPlay client (PingPod) found that the lifetime value of a Customer who got coaching was 17x that of Customers who did not receive coaching.
This means that a Customer who seeks out coaching is more valuable than a Customer who does not seek out coaching!
