Can Admins create an Account for a Customer?

  • Yes, Admins can create Accounts on behalf of Customers. The information you will need is:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email address

  • To do so inside the Admin Dashboard

    • Navigate to the Customer tab of the dashboard

    • Click on Create Customer

    • Enter the Customer’s name and email address

  • And the account is created! Now, the customer can log into their account by Resetting their password on the log in screen.
