What if a Customer has a dispute?

  • The value of the PodPlay system is that because the Customer is not charged until after their Reservation, this ensures that the Club has the Customer on camera visiting and attending their Reservation or Event.

  • PodPlay is responsible for all Customer disputes, and because it is recommended to fight every dispute that does not feel legitimate, PodPlay will want to understand every Dispute in detail and may request video footage if necessary.
