Contact the PodPlay Customer Success Manager (CSM) and detail the issues you are experiencing and observing. Your PodPlay CSM will either guide you to a resolution or they will bring back the challenge you are facing and work with the PodPlay Developers to find a resolution for you
What if I’m on the PodPlay Basic or Basic+ plan?
Reach out to the PodPlay CSM who helped your Club during onboarding and detail what is happening so they can understand the issues.
What if I’m on the PodPlay Professional or Autonomous plan?
Reach out to your dedicated PodPlay CSM, and please complete the Incident Report.
