What do I do if my App is not working?

  • Contact the PodPlay Customer Success Manager (CSM) and detail the issues you are experiencing and observing. Your PodPlay CSM will either guide you to a resolution or they will bring back the challenge you are facing and work with the PodPlay Developers to find a resolution for you

  • What if I’m on the PodPlay Basic or Basic+ plan?

    • Reach out to the PodPlay CSM who helped your Club during onboarding and detail what is happening so they can understand the issues.

  • What if I’m on the PodPlay Professional or Autonomous plan?

    • Reach out to your dedicated PodPlay CSM, and please complete the Incident Report.
