What happens when I close a Club location?

  • If you are closing one of your Club locations, please notify your PodPlay Customer Success Manager (CSM) and they will help you take the location off the App.

  • Provide your PodPlay CSM:

    • The last date the Club has doors open to the public

    • If and when the Club will reopen in the future

    • If and where the Club is moving to in the future

  • Your PodPlay CSM will take this information and properly update your Environment.
