Each CSM is a subject matter expert on the PodPlay system and is available for you to speak with when troubleshooting the system, discussing feature requests, and coordinating new location openings.

  • It is strongly suggested that if you’re facing any issues with the PodPlay system, you immediately bring your concerns to your CSM for support. They are the one-stop-shop for all things PodPlay related!
