What is a PodPlay Customer Success Manager (CSM)?

The PodPlay CSM is your onboarding facilitator, your PodPlay coach, and your business strategist. Each CSM is a subject matter expert on the PodPlay system and is available for you to speak with when troubleshooting the system, discussing feature requests, and coordinating new location openings.
It is strongly suggested that if you’re facing any issues with the PodPlay system, you immediately bring your concerns to your CSM for support. They are the one-stop-shop for all things PodPlay related!
