How to Reschedule a Reservation if a Customer came into the Club on the wrong day

  • If a Customer comes into the Club on Tuesday and made a Reservation for Thursday, the Staff at the Front Desk of the Club can decide what to do.

    • If the Club does not have room for the Customer because they are fully booked, the Admin can ask the Customer to return at the scheduled time of their Reservation on Thursday.

      • The customer can see the correct day of their Reservation in the Reservation tab of the App

  • If the Club has room for the Customer, an Admin can add Reschedule the Customer's future Reservation to the current day.

  • To do this:

    • Verify when the Customer has a Reservation in the Dashboard

    • Locate and select the Reservation

    • Click on the three dots in the bottom left corner of the side panel

    • Click on Reschedule

    • Select the correct day
