What if a Customer who books a 2-person Reservation and shows up with 3 people? (Spot+)
When a Club is using the Spot+ pricing model:
If a Customer books a Reservation with 2 people and arrives at the Club with 3 people, an Admin at the front desk can stop the group and inquire about their Reservation.
Given that a 2-person Reservation is more expensive per person than a 3-person Reservation, the Customers will benefit from a change on the Dashboard.
The most effective way to remedy this situation is to
Delete the Reservation
Book another Reservation with the correct number of participants
The Admin can then add each Customer to the Reservation, and the Customers will pay less for their play-time.
NOTE: If a Customer books a Reservation with 2 people and arrives at the Club with 3 people, and the Admin adds the 3rd Customer to that Reservation, all 3 Customers will pay the 2-person pricing, which is more expensive.
