What Customer transactions can I see in my Stripe account?
To secure the discounted Stripe fee for all Customer transactions, PodPlay will capture the Customer funds for their transactions and then immediately transfer the money into your Stripe account. As a result and being a PodPlay Client, you will not see Customer transactions when you log into your Stripe account. Instead, you will the recent revenues your Club has captured from Customers.
The exact flow is as follows:
PodPlay places a hold on Customer funds
PodPlay captures the Customer funds
For transactions that are captured immediately
Memberships
Admin Dashboard/back-end purchases
For transactions that are not captured immediately
Reservation bookings
Event attendance

There is a 2-day rolling delay on this payout based on potential Refunds and Cancellations which could be provided back to a Customer
