How to view how many Play Passes a Customer has remaining

  • Admins can view how many Play Passes a Customer has remaining

  • For an Admin to view the Customer’s Play Passes, they will:

    • Navigate to the Customer Page of the Dashboard

    • Search for the specific Customer in question

    • Open on the Customer’s Account

    • Scroll down in the Overview tab of the side panel that popped up

    • Click and open the drawer labeled Play Passes

  • Inside of this drawer labeled Play Passes, there will be a flag mentioning if any Play Passes have Expired, or if the Play Passes are available until a certain date
