How to move or Reschedule an Event
You can move or reschedule any Event inside of the Dashboard. To do so:
Find the Event you want to Reschedule
Click into the Event
Click on the three vertical dots on the bottom left of the side panel
Select Reschedule
Choose the new time or day when the Event will occur
Click Save
Click yes on the last notification
Please keep in mind, the PodPlay system does not send out confirmation emails to any Customers who have signed up for the Event that has been Rescheduled. If you would like to notify the Customers about a change in the Event, please cancel the Event and create a new Event, or, export the Customer list from the Event and send them an update as to why the Event is being Rescheduled.
To export the Customer list from the Event:
Click into the Event
Scroll down in the side panel to the Attendee list
Click on the Export button next to the “👤 Add” button
