Exporting Attendee List

  • Staff at the Club may want to reach out to Customers who have signed up for an Event or who are part of a Reservation. To collect a list of the Customers attending a Reservation or Event at your Club, you can Export the Customers into a CSV file.

  • To export the Customer list from a Reservation or Event:

    • Click and open the Reservation or the Event

    • Scroll down in the side panel to the Attendee list

    • Click on the Export button next to the “👤 Add” button

  • Now a CSV file will download to your computer

  • In this CSV file is:

    • Full name of Customer

    • Email connected to the Customer’s Profile

    • Phone number

    • Invitation type

      • This column of the CSV will show if the Customer signed up on their own, if they are a guest of someone else who signed up, or if the Customer on the CSV is on a Waitlist

    • Invitation status

      • Here it will show if the Customer has signed up (Accepted), has checked in (Checked in), or if the Customer is on a Waitlist

    • Waitlist enrollment time

      • This provides a list of the Customers in order of when they signed up for the Waitlist
