  • PodPlay offers five plans: Basic, Basic+, ProfessionalAutonomous, and Autonomous+

  • The PodPlay pricing is set on a Per Court or Table basis, plus a single monthly Venue rate for each facility you have in your Club network; the rate of the Venue will adjust to the PodPlay Plan chosen

  • Each plan unlocks different management features to help you and your team operate the Club more effectively

  • The PodPlay system does not charge extra if your Club is busy or holds special events

  • What currency do you accept?

    • We accept US dollars ($), Euros (€), Pounds (£), and various other currencies

  • How can I change my billing information?

    • You can change your billing information by contacting your PodPlay Customer Success Manager (CSM) and asking for their assistance

  • How do I see my past invoices?

    • Please contact your PodPlay CSM for past invoices

  • What is your refund policy?

    • You can cancel your PodPlay subscriptions at any time. The monthly or annual payment you’ve made is nonrefundable and will not be issued as a credit to your account for future use, per every Master Service Agreement

    • Your team will remain liable for the entire upfront fee associated with the subscription model period chosen, even upon early termination
