CASH-paying Customer buys Replays

When Customers pay with CASH for their Reservation, the Front Desk Admin at the Club must help them

The Admin must perform a point of sale for this Customer to purchase and capture Quick Replays

To do this, the Admin can:

• Go to the Admin Dashboard

• Select the Reservation (or Event)

• Navigate to the Purchases tab of the side panel

• Select + Charge

• Select + Add Item

• Fill out all fields and the rate of the Replays

• Select the Cash Payment box in the bottom right corner of the pop-up modal

• Add Replays to the Customer Profile

  • Complete the charge

  • Collect cash from the Customer

  • Click on the Customer’s Profile

  • Add Quick Replays to their Profile equating to the value of Cash paid

And now this Customer will be able to capture that amount of Quick Replays during their Reservation
