Booking failure in Slack

  • For Clubs with dedicated Slack channels, when there is a "Booking Attempt Failure" the customer will see an error and will be prompted to try again. As an Admin, you will also see this error come through in your “User Activity” Slack channel.

  • If the Customer decides to continue trying to book the Reservation, an Admin reviewing the Slack channel will be able to see that a successful booking alert will come through in the channel after the failure notification. There is nothing for an Admin to do when seeing these failures.
