Dedicated Slack channels

A dedicated Slack channel can be set up for easy communication between PodPlay and your Club if you're on the Pro or Autonomous plan. This channel can be set up for free by adding you and your staff as Single-Channel Guests.

Not every Club Owner knows how to use Slack, so this is an optional service.

If you're Club is on the Autonomous+ plan, Slack is required for increased communication between you and the PodPlay team. On the Autonomous+ plan, there are 3 channels required:

• A joint Slack channel between your Club and PodPlay

• A Security channel

• An Infraction channel

In the latter two channels, our monitoring team provides updates to you about the Customers playing in your venue. With more than one Slack channel created, you will need to purchase a seat in Slack. To learn more, read about Slack pricing here.
