Annual Membership options

  • When your Club decides to offer Annual Memberships for Customers to purchase, please ask your PodPlay Customer Success Manager (CSM) to set up the Membership with all the preferred perks

    • Setting up the Annual option is easy and quick

  • When the Membership is live, a Customer can purchase the Membership by:

  • Navigate to the Membership Sign-up button on the Account tab of the app

  • Click on the Annual toggle, directly above the Membership Options

  • Click on the Join Membership button

  • Click the Activate Membership button on the pop-up

  • The Customer will then be charged once a year for their membership

  • If the Membership is not an Annual offering, it will show a monthly cost
