How to add a Phone Number

  • There are two ways to add a phone number to a Customer’s Account:

    • From the front-end App

    • From the Dashboard

  • From the front-end App, the Customer would:

    • Click on the Account tab (bottom right button)

    • Click on Account Info (top button)

    • Click on “Phone”

    • Enter phone number

    • Click the Send Code button

      • The system will then verify the phone number by sending the Customer a code

    • Enter the code received via text message into the App

  • From the Dashboard, an Admin would:

    • Navigate to the Customer Page

    • Search for the specific Customer

    • Click on the Customer’s Account

    • Notice the side panel pops-up

    • Click the pencil icon next to Phone Number (top of the Overview tab)

    • Enter a phone number

    • Click the blue Save button

  • INTERNATIONAL Phone Numbers:

    • When the Customer clicks on the “Phone” button in the Account Info section, if the flag the Customer sees belongs to their country, they do not need to add +CODE.

    • If the flag they see does not belong to their country, the Customer can either:

      • Choose the country with the flag dropdown

        • Then add the phone number without +CODE

      • Add +CODE [number]

        • This will choose the flag for you
