We have exciting news! {Club Name} has adopted a new booking software, PodPlay. Booking courts and playing with friends will be faster and easier! We have transferred your account information into the new system. Please log in [HERE] {https://club-name.podplay.app/account} with this email address and finish creating your account.
Enter your phone number and credit card information in the “Account Info” button You can also add your birthday and gender if you wish.
After completion, you are ready to start booking and having fun!
Help Customers Sign in/Signup
Hello valued Customer,
Signing up to use our new booking system is easy! Go to our site [HERE] {https://club-name.podplay.app/account} and enter your email.
You will receive an email with a temporary login link to create your account, then:
Enter your first and last name
Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Click “Sign up”
To complete your account, sign up for an Open Play or Clinic on the Events tab of the app, or
Enter your phone number and credit card information in the “Account Info” button
Once you do this, you are ready to start booking and having fun!
New iOS/Android App for Customers

There’s some exciting news: we have a new iOS app! Our new app will make booking a court or joining an Open Play as smooth as butter.

Club and Event Attendance Process for Customers
Hello valued Customer,
To speed up our welcome and check-in process, we’re introducing new system updates that I detail below.
The first update is that we have unlocked a feature in our web app/app that will allow you to sign up for any [club name] programming before you arrive at the club. Once you have signed up for an event (Open Play, Clinic, etc.), a “Check In” button will populate in the Reservation tab of your web app/app. A randomly generated unique QR code will pop up when you click on this “Check In” button, and you will use this QR code on the scanners at the front desk.
When scanning your QR code at the front desk, state your name and the scheduled programming you registered for to our front desk staff.
Here is an example of this process:
We ask members to start this process on [date].
This also means that, as of [date], we will no longer be taking signups through the front desk. Signups for programming must be done through our web app/app. If you have any issues, please contact our front desk.
Lastly, we are working to ensure every player has limited downtime periods and has enough time on the court and, so we will be capping programming attendance. This means signups for Open Play turn into a first-come, first-served system using the web app/app. Once the courts are full on our web app/app, we will no longer accept more people for that particular Open Play.
