Customer’s Guest on an Event
A Customer who signs up for an Event and includes a Guest in their signup takes up two spots in the Event
A Customer can send an invite out to their Guest so the Guest’s Account is included in the Event
This invitation flow is the same as when inviting friends to a Reservation
Once a Customer has signed up for an Event and invites their Guest, both Customer Accounts will be visible in the Attendee list of the Event
If a Customer would like to cancel their Guest’s spot in the Event and still attend themselves, they will need to cancel their participation in the Event, too, as both of the Customer Accounts (Customer and Guest) are connected in the Event signup
Once the Customer has canceled their participation in the Event, they can sign up for the Event again, without a Guest
If the Customer notices there is an active Cancellation Policy (meaning the Customer will be charged for canceling their signup), they can ask a Club Admin for assistance
An Admin can help by:
Delete the Customer from the Event in the Attendee list
This will remove the Customer and their Guest
Added the Customer back to Attendee list
Now only the Customer has been added back to the Event
