Remove a Customer’s Credit Card
Even if the PodPlay system is the most secure technology platforms for modern sports venues (read more here), there might still be a Customer who wants to have their credit card removed
To remove a Customer’s credit card:
Navigate to the Customer page of the Dashboard
Search and click on the Customer’s Profile
Scroll down in the Overview tab
Open the PAYMENT METHOD drawer
Click on the trash can icon beneath the Customer’s active credit card
Remove the credit card on file
If the Customer has any pending transactions, like an upcoming Reservation or Event which the system has not yet billed them for, of if they have a Membership, the system WILL NOT allow the credit card to be removed
This is to protect the Club from accidentally removing a Customer’s credit card
If a Customer wants to have their credit card removed, all future Reservations, Event signups, and Memberships must be canceled
Once the credit card is removed from the Customer’s Profile, they are required to add a credit card again if they want to book in the future
