Holiday Hours and Pricing

The PodPlay system allows for a Club to set holiday pricing if the Club would like to change the pricing for a single day for either Reservations or Events

Any adjustment to private Reservations is an n% increase or decrease for Peak or Off-peak hours

• This change in n% pricing is applied to all Customers (both Member and Non-member) for any single day

For example,

• The private Reservation rate is $20 for Off-peak and $40 for Peak hours at your Club

• You want to increase the pricing on a certain holiday to be $40 for Off-peak and $40 for Peak

• The holiday hours and pricing change would be a 100% increase in pricing to Off-peak hours and a 0% change in pricing to Peak hours

In another example,

• The private Reservation rate is $20 for Off-peak and $40 for Peak hours at your Club

• You want to increase the pricing on a certain holiday to be 25% more during Off-peak hours and 25% less during Peak hours

• The holiday hours and pricing change would result in an Off-peak hours pricing of $25 and a Peak hour pricing of $30

If you want to change your holiday hours, please send these two things to your PodPlay CSM

• Dates to change Holiday Hours

• n% increase or decrease to Peak hours and/or Off-peak hours

Any adjustment to Events is handled within each Event and can be managed entirely by the Admin at the Club (can be handled without the help of a PodPlay CSM)
