It is extremely valuable to have an enticing and informative public description so there are no surprises for your Customers.

EVENT DESCRIPTION - BEGINNER OPEN PLAY

New to pickleball or still learning the basics? Our Beginner Open Play is the perfect way to gain experience in a fun, no-pressure environment! This session is designed for players who are familiar with basic rules but still developing their consistency and court awareness.

What to Expect:

  • Welcoming, supportive atmosphere

  • Casual games with other beginners

  • Basic rules and scoring guidance available

  • Court rotation to ensure everyone plays

  • Maximum 6 players per court

Ideal for players who:

  • Are new to pickleball

  • Can maintain basic rallies

  • Are learning to serve consistently

  • Want to practice in a relaxed setting

Non-Members: $20

EVENT DESCRIPTION - GENERAL OPEN PLAY

Join us for fun and energetic Open Play sessions! Perfect for players looking to enjoy casual games and meet new pickleball friends. Players rotate using a "4 on, 4 off" format, ensuring everyone gets plenty of court time and a chance to play with different partners.

Details:

  • 2-hour sessions

  • Maximum 8 players per court

  • All games played to 11, win by 2

  • Players rotate after each game

  • Winners split up and take new partners

Members: $15

Non-Members: $20

Low Enrollment:

Sessions requiring minimum participation may be canceled by 8 PM the previous evening. You'll receive an email notification and a full refund if canceled.


EVENT DESCRIPTION - LEVEL-BASED OPEN PLAY

Looking for level-appropriate matches? Join our 3.0-3.5 Open Play session! This program is designed for players who understand pickleball fundamentals and want to play with others at a similar skill level. Perfect for those who can sustain rallies, know positioning, and are working on developing their strategic game.

Format:

  • 2-hour session

  • 6 players maximum per court

  • Rotating partner format

  • Organized rotation system to ensure balanced play

  • Court host available to facilitate matches

Cost:

Members: $18

Non-Members: $25

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged full price.

EVENT DESCRIPTION - BEGINNER CLINIC

EVENT DESCRIPTION - DRILL & PLAY

Take your game to the next level with our dynamic Drill & Play session! This coach-led program combines focused skill development with supervised gameplay to help you immediately apply what you've learned. Our coaches will provide personalized tips while ensuring you get plenty of repetitions to reinforce proper technique.

Session Format:

  • First 60 minutes: Intensive drills and skill development

  • Final 60 minutes: Structured gameplay with coach feedback

  • Maximum 6 players per court

EVENT DESCRIPTION - FIXED PARTNER ROUND-ROBIN TOURNAMENT

Join our Spring Fixed Partner Tournament! Grab your favorite partner and compete against other teams in your skill division for prizes and bragging rights.

Tournament Format:

  • Round-robin format followed by playoff brackets

  • Each team plays all other teams in their group

  • Games to 11 points, win by 2

  • Top teams advance to the championship bracket

  • Consolation matches for remaining teams

Requirements:

  • Both players must have DUPR ratings between 3.5-4.0

  • Teams must be registered together

  • Maximum 12 teams total

Prizes:

1st Place: $100 facility credit + medals

2nd Place: $50 facility credit + medals

3rd Place: medals

Entry Fee:

Members: $45/player

Non-Members: $60/player

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund is available up to 72 hours before the tournament. No refunds for later cancellations to ensure proper bracket organization.


EVENT DESCRIPTION - WEDNESDAY NIGHT LEAGUE

Ready to level up your game? Join our Spring Evening League! This 6-week program combines competitive play with consistent matchups to help you develop your skills and track your progress.

League Details:

  • 6-week commitment

  • Weekly matches every Wednesday evening

  • 2-hour time slots (6:00-8:00 PM)

  • Players rotate partners each week

  • Minimum 4 matches guaranteed

  • Weekly standings and statistics tracked

  • Final week playoffs and awards

Format:

  • Round robin style matches each week

  • Games to 11 points, win by 2

  • Scores recorded for league standings

  • Players grouped by skill level

  • Flexible scheduling for one bye week per player

Cost:

Members: $85 for full session

Non-Members: $120 for full session

Registration deadline: February 25th

League runs: March 4th - April 8th

Minimum 12 players needed for league to run. Players will be notified of league status by February 26th.
