System Restrictions

During onboarding and system configuration, your PodPlay CSM will propose restrictions to guide your Customers toward desired behaviors. These system restrictions are adjustable after onboarding, too. The following restrictions can be used for all Customers in the environment:

• Show Gender Field

  • Turning this on will show a Gender field when a Customer creates a Profile.

• Show Birthday Field

  • Turning this on will show a Birthday field when a Customer creates a Profile.

• Gender Required

  • Turning this on will force the Customer to add a gender before they can complete their Profile.

• Birthday Required

  • Turning this on will force the Customer to add their birthday before they can complete their Profile.

• Min. Age to Sign Up

  • The default value here is null. If a number is entered, Customers must enter a birthday correlating to a higher value when creating a Profile.

• Reservation Holder pays for Attendees (Coaching)

  • By default, this is toggled off. If this is toggled on, the Reservation Owner will pay for any attendees for Coach lessons. If this is not turned on and the system is on the Court+ pricing, the Reservation Holder will have the opportunity to split the cost of the lesson with other attendees.

• Max. Players per Coach Lesson

  • By default, this value is null. If a numerical value is entered here, that is the maximum amount of Customers who can join a Coach lesson. For example, if the value is 3, then a Coaching lesson for 4 people will not be configurable.

• Enforce 1 hour Min. Time

  • By default this is off. If enabled, Reservations must have a minimum of 1 hour duration. If this is toggled on and

• Show 1 hour Booking Sessions

  • By default this is off. If enabled, the options to book a Reservation will change from 30 minute slots (top of the hour and at the 30-min mark) to 1 hour slots (top of the hour). Turning this on does not restrict an Admin from booking Events or Reservations in the Dashboard on the 30-min mark.

• Quick Replay Price

  • The default price is $0.50 / Quick Replay. The price of a Quick Replay cannot be decreased, though it can be increased.

• Instant Free Quick Replays

  • The default value and amount of Quick Replays provided to Customers when they create a Profile is 5. If a different value is entered, like 10, then Customers will receive 10 Quick Replays when creating a Profile after the change.

• Reservation Check-in Threshold

  • The default value here is 20, which means the Customer can click the Check-in Button 20 minutes before their Reservation.

• Event Check-in Threshold

  • The default value here is 20, which means the Customer can click the Check-in Button 20 minutes before the Event they signed up to attend.
