What happens when a Customer leaves an Event?

If someone in a full Event decides not to attend the Event, they can cancel their participation, and others on the Waitlist will be notified.
Any Customer who cancels their Event attendance will be charged, or not charged, based on the cancellation policy setting for the Event.

Everyone on the Waitlist is notified via email at the same time when a spot opens up. The reason for this is to give everyone an equal opportunity to take advantage of the open Event spot.
