Dashboard Support and the ? Button

When in the environment Dashboard, there is a “?” button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

By clicking on this “?” button, a small window will appear.

The different options in the pop-up window are:

• GET HELP (a selection of support paths)

  • Ask Alfie = ask Alfie the AI a question; Alfie is reading the knowledge base and can act as a PodPlay CSM, answering questions about system functionality

  • Submit a Request = this is a hyperlink to a ticket portal where you can submit a request to the PodPlay team

• LEARN

  • Knowledge Base = this is a hyperlink to the standing knowledge base

  • Academy Courses = this is a hyperlink to an article in the knowledge base where more information about the PodPlay Academy courses lives

• WHAT’S NEW

  • PodPlay Blog = this is a hyperlink to our live blog where we publish articles on how to best run a sports club with reservation software
