Rapidly Assist Walk-ins

To rapidly assist Customer walk-ins, it’s best to have a QR code at the front desk. This QR code would link to your App’s Account tab. As an example: https://[club_name].podplay.app/account.

Then follow these steps:

  1. The walk-in Customer scans the QR code

  2. They create a Profile and sign the waiver

  3. Front desk refreshes the Customer page of the Dashboard

  4. Click on the new Profile created (it will be at the top of the page)

  5. Scroll to the bottom and click the Add Payment Method to store their credit card

  6. Click save and exit the side panel

  7. Copy the walk-in Customer's email address

  8. Navigate to the Overview page

  9. Create a booking and paste the Customer's email in the Reservation Holder box

  10. Finalize the booking and their credit card is charged
