Deleting from the Product Catalog

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If you remove a product from your Shop, you remove the product from your view in the Shop. This does not delete the product from the Product Catalog.

  • If the product is deleted from the Product Catalog, any data from previous Customer purchases will be deleted, too.

  • DO NOT DELETE FROM THE PRODUCT CATALOG unless you added the incorrect item and have not yet sold it to a Customer.

If you want to delete a product from the Product Catalog, you will need to:

  1. Remove the Product from a venue location’s Shop (Edit Products in the Shop)

  2. Delete the Product from the Product Catalog
