What is a Booking Horizon?
A Booking Horizon is the number of days in advance from TODAY that a customer can book a Reservation. This Booking Horizon is visible at the top of the booking flow, shown here in orange:
A Customer can book a private Reservation up until the last day of their Booking Horizon.
Non-members and Members can have different Booking Horizons, and even different Membership tiers can have unique Booking Horizons.
For example:
Non-members can book 5 days in advance
Membership A can book 7 days in advance
Membership B can book 14 days in advance

The next day of Reservation slots is available to the Customer at 12 am, midnight. Meaning, if the Booking Horizon for a Member is 14 days, they will be able to see their 14th day in the future at 12 am, mightnight. This is different from the “last day” of a Booking Horizon for Events, which are published at 12 pm, noon, local time to the Club’s location.
While a Customer CANNOT book a private Reservation past their Booking Horizon, an Admin CAN book a private Reservation past a Customer’s Booking Horizon. The system will allow an Admin to book a private Reservation as far out as preferred within the Dashboard.
