How do I add a Gift Card for an existing Customer?

  • If you would like to provide Gift Cards to your Customers, here’s how you would do it:

    • Receive a request for a Gift Card

    • Identify if the Gift Card is for an existing Customer or a new Customer (new meaning not in your Club’s system yet)

      • If the Gift Card is for an existing Customer

    • Create a Purchase on the Customer’s Profile who is buying the Gift Card using the Payment Link process

    • Write in the details of the Gift Card purchase, including who the Gift Card is for

    • Deposit Credits into the Customer’s Account who is receiving the Gift Card
