Changing a Monthly Membership to Annual Membership

  • This is an edge-case situation, and it’s best if the Customer asks about annual Memberships BEFORE signing up for a Membership.

  • In order to successfully and accurately charge the Customer for the remaining balance of the year, you will need support from the PodPlay Customer Success Manager (CSM). Contact your PodPlay CSM and provide to them the

    • Name of the Customer

    • Amount of their Membership, and

    • A verification the Customer acknowledges they will be charged now for the remaining balance
