Charging an Annual Membership from the Dashboard

  • A Customer can choose an annual Membership from the front end App, if the Club provides an option for it

  • If the Club does not provide an Annual option on the front end App, Admins can charge Customers for an Annual Membership from the Dashboard, so long as the Customer has a phone number and credit card in their account

  • To do so, the Admin will:

    • Search for the Customer

    • Ensure they have an active payment method

      • If the Customer does not have an Active payment method

        • Ask the Customer to update their payment method

    • Navigate to the Membership section of the Customer’s Account

    • Choose the specific Membership the Customer wants to purchase

    • Change the charging frequency to Yearly

    • Charge the Customer
