Why can Customers see a purchase in their Purchase History if they have not yet purchased anything?

  • All purchases will be visible in the Customer’s Account tab, under Purchase History. These purchases are logged in sequential order of when the Customer makes a purchase. If the Customer cancels their reservation, the Purchase History will update and change the value they see to the proper amount.

  • Even though the PodPlay system will not charge the Customer until after their Reservation or Event, the PodPlay system wants the Customer to know they committed to a charge, and so will make future Reservation or Event purchases visible in the Purchase History.
