What is a Voice Down and how do I use it?

  • A Voice Down is only used by the PodPlay clients on the Autonomous plan. These clients use Voice Downs to communicate with the customers at a particular court/table when there are no on-site client employees.

  • A Voice Down is an automated audio recording that can be sent to any specific table/court from the Admin dashboard.

  • Located in the All Areas Overview, on the far left side is the table/court label is the court/table label. By clicking on this label, the options for a Voice Down are available
